I purchased the Bloom ear phones they don't work?
I purchased the Bloom ear phones about June 10, 2012 for my daughter, she left to travel the next day and told me one of the earphones did not work when she put them on for the first time. When she returned home I brought them back to Office Max and they told me they were a discontinued item and that they could not do anything for me. It had been outside of their return policy, which they stated was 14 days. They suggested I contact you directly.
