Protected by a highly durable Parylene coating, the new headworn mic is built to stand up to the rigors of day-to-day use.

Popping sound

We've had several reports of significant popping sounds with this microphone. I've opened the end that connects to the transmitter and do not see any obvious wire breaks, but the end at the ear piece is completely enclosed and inaccessible. Are broken wires the likely problem or should I be looking for something else?
