I'd like to clean the grille of my old reliable PRO 3H ... any recommendations?

I've been singing into this terrific vocal mic for years, and the only "tune-up" it's in need of is a gentle, but thorough, cleansing of the grille. Can it be screwed off? It sounds so good that I haven't wanted to mess with it, simply putting it away in its lint-free, cloth bag 'n storing away when not in use.
