Feedback?

I love the design of this model, but it is element is just too far from the mouth to get good gain before feedback issues. Any workarounds?

Custom wiring for EV TA4F

I just received this model unterminated and am having difficulty finding anyone who can solder this since the wires are so small. Would you have any tips on doing this?
