4050 anniversary. Same mic?

Hi, I noticed that the4050/LE is showing up on websites for two hundred dollars less than the standard version. Is it the same mic? Same circuit? Same grade parts? There is little information about it so I wanted to make sure it wasn't an inferior product. I've heard the standard and like it, but if they're the same I'll get t the less expensive one. Thanks.
