Trouble Shooting

My BP892 has started to act up on me. I think the element in the tip has come loose. Sometime it will work & other times it won't or it will come off & on & off & on etc.
When I touch the time it will do the same thing.
Help ?
Other than that,
I LOVE MY MIC :)
