Rediscover your classic 33-1/3 and 45 RPM records on this affordable, fully automatic belt-drive workhorse. With its built-in switchable phono preamp, the AT-LP60 may be connected directly to your computer, home stereo and to other components that have no dedicated turntable input. The turntable is supplied with an integral Audio-Technica Dual Magnetâ„¢ phono cartridge with replaceable stylus.

Bad sound quality

I came across a receiver and a phono preamp and hooked up the turntable to the preamp and then to the receiver, complete with a brand new set of Sony monitors, great speakers.

I also hooked up my media center PC via Line and that sounds great with this setup. The turntable sounds terrible though, what could I possibly be doing wrong? Is this a stylus issue, maybe?

No audio

My girlfriend just got me this for a Christmas gift and I was so excited to use it last night...however, can't seem to get anything to play. I tried connecting to both my computer (HP Laptop) and a set of powered speakers, nothing worked. Any ideas?

Going to try hooking it up to my MacBook Pro tonight and see if that changes anything. I have a degree in broadcasting and audio so I promise I know what I'm doing with RCA, line in/out/phono etc. Frustrating.

Thanks for any help!
