Listen to The Soft Bulletin by The Flaming Lips on these and you'll be a believer. A believer in this CD and more to the point of this review, the ATH-M50. Thank you Audio-Technica. Thank you for a wonderful set of headphones at a reasonable price. I love them because I know what to listen for, but the other day, my eyes lit up (I think they did, I couldn't see them) when I saw my daughter listening to her music through these headphones. She took them off and told me she absolutely loved the sound and the "new experience". Yeah, I have a cool kid. Oh yea; and a cool set of headphones. MMM Listening to them right now. Yep. I'm happy.
By the way, I'm known to ramble...
Cheers,
Kev

Will this fit on a really small head

I have a really small head and I don't want to look like I have huge cans on top of my head. I ve tried the beats by dre solo and I want a headphone that has a similar thickness.
I am the owner of a not-so-melon-head and they fit great. In other words; yes, they fit a smaller head well. Very good set of cans, by the way.
